Cancellation Policy

1. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, it's to make and hold your appointment. If you cancel a service on the same day as your appointment, your deposit can be applied to the same service if it's rescheduled. If you cancel and don’t reschedule, you’ll need to submit another deposit. 2. For all services, please come in with clean skin, i.e. no makeup, oils, serums, lotions, etc. applied to the skin. 3. Children are lovely, but this is a child-free establishment. This is the place for you to relax, get your you time and get beautified. If you must bring a child, they'll have to patiently wait in our waiting area until the end of your service. If they're unable to, please make necessary arrangements for them. 4. The last appointment that can be made is a hour before closing. 5. If paying with cash, please bring exact change. We're a cash free establishment. We don't carry cash, nor is it kept on the premises. 6. There's a 15-minute grace period. If you're late, your scheduled appointment(s) will be completed in the time remaining. If there's not enough time to perform your services, you'll be rescheduled. 7. You must be off of Accutane for a minimum of 1 year. No exceptions. 8. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time either online, through text, or over the phone, but please notify us as soon as you can.
