Cancellation Policy

For best results, 1. Stop using all brighteners (Vitamin C), exfoliants (peels or scrubs) and anti-aging products (Retinols, Tazorac, Alpha- or Beta-hydroxys, Benzoyl peroxides, etc.) whether over the counter or prescribed, a minimum of three (3) days before your service. 2. Avoid consuming caffeine (coffee, chocolate, orange juice, etc.) or alcohol prior to your service as it can make your skin more sensitive and reactive. 3.Please come to your appointment with clean skin to prevent irritation. 4. As much as we try to prevent side effects from occurring, they can still occur, please be aware that bruising, skin lifting, irritation bumps, redness, histamine reactions, or hives may occur after your service. 5. If you’re on your cycle, please be sanitary, clean, and wear a tampon for your service. You may be more sensitive to pain during this time. 6. Please don't shave prior to your service. Hair needs to be the length of the grain of rice. A good rule of thumb, if you can grab it, it can be waxed. 7. Bleeding can occur after the hair is removed. Pinprick bleeding is normal after a waxing session. The anagen, or baby, hairs still have a blood supply and when they're removed, the follicle will bleed. Some people are bleeders and will bleed a lot, some won't bleed at all.
