Cancellation Policy

For best results, 1. Please come to your appointment without any makeup and with clean skin and lashes. 2. You will have three (3) days after your service to inform us of any issues with your lashes. During those 72 hours, if time and space are available, we will try to fit you in to correct any issues. You must come in person to be assessed. Pictures and videos are unacceptable for proper assessment. After the 72 hours, any changes will be at the client’s expense. 3. If you’re getting a lash lift, and you feel that your lashes are too curly, you will have to wait 48 hours before coming back in to have them relaxed, free of charge. 4. In the unfortunate event that you develop an allergy to the extensions, we’ll remove the extensions for free.
